New Gardening Technology Developed in DPRK

Pyongyang, October 10 (KCNA) -- According to Rodong Sinmun, DPRK scientists have developed an evaporation-prevention agent, Songyong 4, which is popular among many units.

This agent is a capsule-shaped prevention agent, which is made from polymer capsule-agent with various nutrient ingredients.

According to those who applied the agent to pine trees, pine-nut trees, boxes, and zelkova trees, they effectively stopped the evaporation, and thus boosted the rate of rooting of the transplanted trees by about 9 to 20 percent.

The scientists who developed and introduced Songyong 4 were awarded a national certificate of introduction of scientific and technological achievements. -0-
