Youth and Students Hold Oratorical Meeting

Pyongyang, August 15 (KCNA) -- The oratorical meeting-2026 of youth and students to carry forward the revolutionary spirit of Paektu was held at the Youth Park Open-Air Theatre in Pyongyang Municipality on Friday on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of national liberation.

Present there were officials of the youth league and youth and students in Pyongyang.

At the oratorical meeting, the performers said that the prosperous socialist Korea is unthinkable apart from the day of national liberation President Kim Il Sung achieved through the bloody anti-Japanese struggle and the future of the country will be brighter thanks to respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The performers praised the President as the peerlessly great man and peerless patriot as he embarked upon the road of revolution in his teens and accomplished the historic cause of national liberation.

They called upon all the young people to steadfastly carry forward the thoroughgoing spirit of defending the leader unto death of the revolutionary forerunners who dedicated their lives to defending the headquarters in the teeth of the enemy's fire and scaffold in the period of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and the revolutionary traditions of Juche pioneered in Mt Paektu. -0-
