Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Greetings from Indonesian President

Pyongyang, September 12 (KCNA) -- Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of greeting from Prabowo Subianto, president of the Republic of Indonesia, on September 8.

The message said:

Your Excellency,

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Foundation Day of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, celebrated on 9 September 2026, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to Your Excellency and the people of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

I am confident that this significant day will further inspire the Government and people of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, under Your Excellency's leadership, in their pursuit of progress and prosperity.

On this meaningful occasion, I wish to reaffirm Indonesia's commitment to strengthening the bonds of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

I sincerely hope that the relations and cooperation between our two countries will continue to develop, contributing to peace and prosperity in the region, and that we will have the opportunity to meet in person in the future.
