Anniversary of Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's Guidance at Songyong Paint Factory Marked

Pyongyang, August 12 (KCNA) -- A meeting was held on August 11 to mark the tenth anniversary of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's guidance at the Songyong Paint Factory.

Present at the meeting were officials concerned and officials and employees of the factory. A report was made there.

The reporter noted that respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected the factory in August 2016, appreciating it as a precious one, and clearly indicated the orientation and ways for putting the production of acrylic painting on a normal basis and increasing the proportion of locally available raw materials.

Going round the production lines, the General Secretary said with great pleasure that the problem of paints for various economic sectors has been resolved, and had a photo taken with the employees as a token of his affection for them, the reporter said.

The reporter referred to the fact that over the past 10 years, workers and technicians at the factory have secured a scientific and technical guarantee for keeping production going at a higher rate, with their boundless loyalty to the Workers' Party of Korea and unabated patriotic ardor.

The reporter called on all the officials and employees to redouble their efforts to implement the decisions of the Ninth Congress of the WPK, remaining true to the leadership of the respected General Secretary. -0-
