Steak Restaurant Inaugurated in Phyongsong City of DPRK

Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- A steak restaurant to be conducive to improvement of people's dietary life and development of food culture was newly built in Phyongsong City, South Phyongan Province of the DPRK.

The restaurant, built in a unique architectural style by combining classical and modern beauty, has indoor service rooms and open-air service area where different kinds of steaks, cold noodles and soft drinks can be served. It has all conditions and environment for the convenience of guests.

An inauguration ceremony took place on Tuesday.

Present there were Ri Kyong Chol, chief secretary of the South Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of the province and the city, working people, builders and employees of the restaurant.

Ri Song Bom, chairman of the provincial people's committee, addressed the ceremony.

At the end of the ceremony the participants went round the restaurant. -0-
