Building Materials Exhibition Held in Jagang Province of DPRK

Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) -- A building materials exhibition took place in Jagang Province of the DPRK.

On display there were more than 2 900 products of over 280 kinds made by building-materials production units in the province.

Cement for different purposes, fixture boards and colored roofing tiles presented by the Manpho August 2 Cement Factory, the Kanggye Wood Processing Factory and the Kanggye Building Materials Factory were highly appreciated for their good quality.

Pak Song Chol, chief secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Sin Chang Gil, chairman of the provincial people's committee, and other officials of the province went round the venue of the exhibition to discuss the issues arising in expanding the capacity of building materials production bases, developing new products and improving their quality. -0-
