Birthday Spread to Woman Centenarian

Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to Kim Song Ok, a woman living in neighborhood unit No. 61 in Sansong-dong, Haeju City, South Hwanghae Province, on her 100th birthday.

Receiving the birthday spread amid the congratulations of officials of the Party and power organs in the city and neighbors, the centenarian expressed deep gratitude to the motherly Workers' Party of Korea for showing great love to an ordinary old woman.

She lived in the sorrow of a stateless nation before the liberation of Korea. So, she took the lead in supporting the front during the Fatherland Liberation War with a resolve to repay the benevolence of the country which provided a genuine human life, and brought her children up to be robust ones for socialist construction. -0-
