Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Greetings from Swiss President

Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of greeting from Guy Parmelin, president of the Swiss Confederation, on September 1.

The message said:

I extend warm congratulations on behalf of the Swiss Federal Council and the Swiss people to you and your people on the occasion of the national day of the DPRK this year and wish your country and your people a happy and prosperous future.

For the past 50-odd years, our two countries have maintained an open-hearted and respectful relationship.

The Swiss Confederation attaches importance to dialogue with the DPRK and is ready to activate exchanges.
