Encouraged by his repeated saying, a woman said without hesitation that students are well-clothed, but they do not look like students when they act in groups owing to their diverse clothes.

Listening to her, the President said that it is a very good opinion and that such issues should be presented, and wrote her opinion in his memo.

After a while, he consulted the officials near him about the state's supply of school uniforms and said that the state would supply the students with school uniforms from next year.

Thanks to the benevolent measures of the President who listened to the simple opinions of ordinary people and established them as state policies, all the students have been supplied with school uniforms by the state since 1958. -0-
