Pyongyang, April 21 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation led by Minister Vladimir Kolokoltev arrived here on Monday to visit the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the invitation of its Ministry of Public Security.

Seen flying at the flagstaffs of Pyongyang International Airport were national flags of the DPRK and Russia, and the guard of honor of the Korean People's Army lined up at the apron of the airport.

The delegation was greeted by Minister Pang Tu Sop of Public Security of the DPRK, officials concerned and Charge d'Affaires ad Interim Vladimir Topeha and staff members of the Russian embassy here.

A woman security officer presented a bouquet to Vladimir Kolokoltev. -0-
