Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- The 14th national presentation of hypotheses and ideas took place between October 1 and 16 under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.

Present there were teachers, researchers, technicians and field officials of dozens of units including Kim Il Sung University, Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry, Wonsan University of Fisheries, the Chollima Steel Complex and the Wonsan City Power Distribution Station. Submitted to the presentation were more than 350 proposals.

The presentation was divided into several panels. The hypotheses and ideas submitted by the veterinary institute of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Kim Chaek University of Technology, Wonsan University of Agriculture, Sariwon Kye Ung Sang University of Agriculture and Sariwon University of Geology were highly appreciated for their feasibility and economic effectiveness. -0-
