Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) -- The respected Marshal Kim Jong Un received a letter of thanks from the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) on April 14.

The letter said that they received with great excitement and joy the huge educational aid fund and stipends amounting to 287.02 million Japanese yen sent by the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un for the democratic national education of the children of Koreans in Japan on the occasion of the 113th birth anniversary of the great leader Generalissimo Kim Il Sung.

The educational aid fund and stipends sent by the respected Marshal instill confidence in sure victory and infinite courage into all Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan dynamically conducting the innovation movement to glorify the 70th anniversary of Chongryon by dint of loyalty, patriotism and unity, the letter said.

We will thoroughly establish Juche in education and raise the quality of education to a higher stage with the one mind to repay the warm loving care shown by the respected Marshal and thus train schoolchildren, who are studying in the flower garden of national education, to be energetic, delightful and staunch successors to the patriotic cause of Chongryon, it noted.

The letter wished the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un good health, saying that it is their unanimous desire and the greatest happiness incomparable to anything. -0-
