One day in September 2020, the respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited Kangbuk-ri in Kumchon County, North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK.

Looking at the seat village of Kangbuk-ri, newly built to recover from the flood damage, he said with great satisfaction that the village looked like a picture and a work of art and dwelling houses and public buildings were built well in terms of architectural aesthetics.

Then, pointing at the hospital next to a cultural house, he asked whether it was a hospital or a clinic.

An official told him that it is a hospital built in Kangbuk-ri, explaining there are a hospital in a large ri and a clinic in a small ri.

Comrade Kim Jong Un asked again if there was a pharmacy in Kangbuk-ri.

Getting an answer from the official, he stressed the need to wonderfully build a pharmacy.
