Pyongyang, May 27 (KCNA) -- Vivian Balakrishnan, foreign minister of the Republic of Singapore, and his party arrived here on Tuesday to visit the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the invitation of the DPRK Foreign Ministry.

They were greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK Pak Sang Gil and DPRK Ambassador to Singapore Ri Kil Song. -0-
