One August day in 2024, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the April 25 Hostel and watched a demonstration lesson for a class of primary school pupils, which was organized as part of the preparations for new-term teaching of the pupils from the flood-hit areas.

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un acquainted himself in detail with the provision of educational equipment and school fixtures and saw school things for the pupils.

Watching with a broad smile on his face the pupils from various regions, engrossed in class, he said that he was proud that this time the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea made a prompt and correct determination to take measures for provisional education of children and pupils from the flood-hit areas and enforced it.

Looking up to him who was going to make the children from the flood-hit areas learn to their heart's content without any shadow and grow up to be excellent talents of the country and pillars for building a prosperous country, the officials were unable to repress emotion.

He said that education is an important undertaking for providing steady continuity to the generations of the Korean revolution and promoting the development of the country, stressing that as the development of the country and the future of the revolution depends on how the younger generation is educated, the Party and the government should not neglect the education of the rising generation even for a moment, no matter how difficult it may be.

Upon receiving his instructions, the officials deeply kept in mind once again his noble intention to make the country's education the most advanced one. -0-
