Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) -- Pak Thae Song, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Anutin Charnvirakul upon his election as prime minister of the Kingdom of Thailand on September 12.
