Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- Soldier and civilian builders in the DPRK are pushing ahead with the construction of the 10 000 flats at the fourth stage in the Hwasong Area at the final stage.

The soldier-builders are carrying on the internal project and tiling exterior walls. They are introducing rational construction methods and observing the requirement of designs.

The Ryongsan brigade finished creating green belts and laying flagstones in a qualitative way. It is conducting the project for tiling exterior walls and interior finishing projects of dwelling houses and service amenities.

Builders of the battalion of the Ministry of Railway, the first brigade of the ministries and national agencies and the regiment of the Ministry of IT Industry are effecting collective innovations in the internal projects of dwelling houses and the construction of public and service amenities.

Thanks to the dynamic struggle of the soldier and civilian builders, the construction of 10 000 flats at the fourth stage in the Hwasong area is nearing its completion. -0-
