Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a flower basket to Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on the occasion of the 71st founding anniversary of the LPRP.

The DPRK ambassador to Laos courteously handed over the flower basket bearing the august name of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to the chairman of the Committee for External Affairs of the Central Committee of the LPRP. -0-
