At a room, the President asked why an old worker of the pulverized-coal workshop was absent.
When the President looked round the factory, the manager pointed at the old worker passing through the yard and told the President that he became deaf due to the noisy sound of coal crusher in the course of working at the factory for a long time.
Not forgetting the old worker, the President called him to have lunch together.
After a short time, the old worker came in haste in working clothes. The President took the old worker's bruised hand, expressing gladness, and offered him a chair near him.
The President offered the meal to him who is hesitating, relaxing his tension.
The President said that he was very pleased to see the old worker who had suffered many hardships, and offered him the first drink. Then the President pushed the dishes before him.
