Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) -- Families of those related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle met at the DPRK embassy in Beijing on April 11 to celebrate the April holiday (birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung).

Present there were families of those related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and the DPRK ambassador to China and his embassy members.

The participants laid a flower basket and bouquets before the portraits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

Then they watched videos showing the President's birthplace at Mangyongdae and the eye-opening development of socialist Korea.

Speeches were made at the meeting.

Zhou Wei, daughter of Zhou Baozhong, Yu Ming, son of Li Zade, Feng Songguang, son of Feng Zhongyun, Shang Xiaowei, son of Mentor Shang Yue, Yue Zhi-yun, daughter of Zhang Weihua's daughter, highly praised the President for taking care of the people with warm kindness and making a great contribution to the international communist movement.

They expressed their will to hand down through generations the great love and benevolence shown by President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for the families of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle.

Comrade Kim Jong Un is steadfastly carrying forward the revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered and advanced by the preceding leaders. Under his wise leadership, a full-scale development period of a prosperous and powerful country has been ushered in the DPRK, and not only the capital city but also regions have changed with a rapid speed with the Regional Development 20×10 Policy being pushed forward dynamically.

We hope that the Korean people would achieve bigger successes in accomplishing the cause of the state building under the leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un. -0-
