Pyongyang, April 18 (KCNA) -- A joint on-line seminar of Brazilian political parties and organizations took place on April 11 on the occasion of the 113th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.

Present at the seminar on the theme of "President Kim Il Sung, peerlessly great man" were personages and members of political parties, social organizations, organizations for the study of the Juche idea and organizations for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people, including the Brazilian Communist Party, the Brazilian Center for the Study of Songun Politics, the Brazilian Center for Peace and Solidarity with Peoples and the Brazilian Branch of the Korean Friendship Association.

Speeches were made by a member of the National Political Committee of the Brazilian Communist Party, the chairman of the Brazilian Center for the Study of Songun Politics and others.

Speakers highly praised President Kim Il Sung as the most prominent statesman and peerlessly brilliant commander in the 20th century who performed great exploits that no great man in the world could achieve, as he defeated the two formidable imperialist foes in one generation and devoted himself to the development of the world socialist movement, the victorious advance of the cause of independence against imperialism and the global peace and security.

They said that President Kim Il Sung met leaders of political parties and heads of state of many countries and led them along the road of revolutionary struggle throughout his life, adding that he was the great leader of the world revolution who rendered material and moral assistance to the peoples of the countries aspiring after independence in the struggle for national liberation and building of a new society.
