Pyongyang, June 19 (KCNA) -- The Namhung Youth Chemical Complex, a leading chemical base of the DPRK, is expanding the fertilizer production.
The complex has over-fulfilled its monthly fertilizer production plan of this year by waging a drive to reduce the cost, increase productivity and put production processes on a higher scientific basis by relying on its own technical forces.
In particular, it produced more than 7 500 more tons of fertilizer than planned in March and April.
The Namhung Youth Chemical Complex is associated with the leadership of the respected Comrade General Secretary
On June 19, 2013, when he visited the complex, the respected Comrade General Secretary said that the Namhung Youth Chemical Complex, which produces fertilizer for the agricultural sector, is like an arsenal on the socialist agricultural front.
That day, he said that more fertilizer should be produced at the complex to solve the problem arising in increasing fertilizer production.
After his field guidance, the complex has held fast to the increase of scientific and technological force as the main link of boosting production and pushed ahead with the work to manage equipment and improve technical control, thus providing a guarantee for increased fertilizer production.
Through the exhibition of successes in technological innovation, it has waged a mass technological innovation movement to share and generalize advanced technology and experience and improve the safe operation and efficiency of the overall production system.
Recently, the complex has increased fertilizer production by introducing more than 10 valuable technical innovation proposals. -0-
